Why This Training Matters

Because mothers deserve teachers who are ready to hold space for their whole journey.

Because yoga should honor - not erase - the physical and emotional realities of pregnancy and postpartum.

Because when teachers are trained well, women feel safer, stronger, and more supported.

And that changes everything.

Stay tuned for more classes coming soon to Virginia Beach and the 757’s only yoga studio dedicated to prenatal, postnatal, and parenting yoga. Be the first to know about upcoming classes, trainings, and events.
