Founder of pear Maternal Mind & Body, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, EMDR-trained therapist, and certified prenatal yoga teacher. Beyond her private practice, Jessica is a national advocate for maternal mental health, partnering with organizations like Postpartum Support International and the Maternal Mental Health Leadership Alliance. She brings unmatched expertise to this training, weaving together clinical knowledge, trauma-informed care, and lived experience as a mother.
JADE NORRIS
Yoga Director at pear and internationally trained 500-hour yoga teacher. Jade has mentored yoga teachers and taught across the globe, known for her intuitive teaching style and skillful sequencing that empowers mothers to rediscover strength, softness, and self. In this training, she shares not just technique, but the art of teaching from both knowledge and heart.
