Class Offerings
Prenatal Yoga
Nurturing the Journey. This gentle, grounding class supports expectant mothers through the physical and emotional changes of pregnancy. Each session blends mindful movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation to help ease discomfort, reduce anxiety, and prepare your body, pelvic floor and mind for birth. You’ll learn practices that help you connect to both your own inner steadiness and your growing baby, cultivating calm, confidence, and trust in the journey ahead.
Postnatal Yoga
Reconnecting & Restoring. Designed for new mothers, this class focuses on gentle movements to support your healing after birth. With attention to gently rebuilding core strength, restoring pelvic floor health, and releasing tension in tired shoulders and hips, each session is a mindful invitation back into your body. We weave in rest, breathwork, and nervous system regulation to help you move from survival to restoration. Whether you come solo or with your new baby, this class is a safe space to reconnect and restore.
Family Yoga
Bonding Through Movement. This playful, heart-centered class invites the whole family onto the mat. Whether it is Baby & Me, Toddler Time, or Kid Yoga, through imaginative poses, games, and breath practices, children and parents explore movement together in a way that fosters connection, joy, and ease. Beyond fun, Family Yoga encourages children to develop body awareness, focus, and self-soothing tools…all while spending quality time together. Every family leaves more grounded, more connected, and a little lighter.
Fertility Yoga
Cultivating Balance & Hope For those navigating the fertility journey, this class offers a sacred pause in the midst of uncertainty. Gentle restorative postures, breathwork, and mindfulness practices are combined to help reduce stress, regulate the nervous system, and nourish emotional resilience. Partners are welcome.
Goddess Flow: Mindful Movement & Meditation
A nurturing container for women across all stages of their journey. Blending gentle movement, breathwork, and guided meditation, this signature class prioritizes maternal mental health, helping to reduce anxiety, regulate the nervous system, and build emotional resilience. Come reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and feel supported in a space created just for you.
Partner Yoga
Connection & Collaboration. This unique class for couples combines partner Yoga postures, mindful movement, and trust-building exercises that deepen communication, intimacy, and cooperation. Whether you are preparing for birth, moving through postpartum, or navigating parenting challenges, this practice invites you to slow down together, connect with one another’s presence, and strengthen your bond through mindful collaboration.

At pear, it’s an honor to support you in carving out time for your practice. Knowing your little ones are cared for changes everything—and we’re here to make that feel easy.
We offer complimentary childcare during select class times, with a few simple guidelines:
Limited Spots: Childcare is available for up to 4 children per class
Age Range: For children under 6 years old
Advance Reservation Required: Spots are first come, first served and must be reserved at least 24 hours in advance when booking your class online
One Spot Per Child: Please reserve a space for each child attending
Arrive Early: A few extra minutes helps create a smooth, settled transition for your little one
Health & Safety: To care for all children, please keep your child home if they’re feeling unwell
We recommend booking early, as spots tend to fill quickly.
