The Orchard Closet Pop-Up
Our clients and their guests are invited to browse the closet, try on clothes, and bring home any clothes that they want to add to their wardrobes! Light refreshments will be provided. We will set up a shopping experience in the yoga studio! The office will be used as a changing area. The mission of the closet is to help women find clothing that makes them feel secure, confident, and comfortable.

Our Yin targets the joints and the connective tissue of the body instead of the muscles. Yin yoga works deeply into our body with longer held poses, and deeply into our minds by growing a practice of stillness which begs our focus.
Body Image Therapy Group for Moms - Virtual Meeting
A majority of us struggle with our bodies during the changes that pregnancy and postpartum present. We believe that the tensions that arise, the self doubt, and decrease in self confidence can be opportunities for healing and growth, and a new relationship with ourselves. We hope to walk alongside you down this path to self discovery and self love in profound ways.
Our resident graduate student intern, Erin, will facilitate this important group with Jessica’s support. We will hold virtual meetings weekly, with monthly in person meet ups.
All are welcome.
